Mend broken design systems — visual diff for tokens, components, and themes.

After three years of patching the same broken design system at three different startups, the maker built Kintsugi for themselves first — a quiet desktop tool to make tokens, components, and themes legible in a pull request the way code is legible.

The diff is visual. The diff is also semantic. When a brand color drifts by 4 oklch units, you see it side-by-side; you also see every component that referenced it, and every PR that introduced it.

“The fastest way I've ever shipped a design system migration.”
